Farmers' Fair

It’s fieldays and it’s advertised as the largest agricultural event in the southern hemisphere... maybe, maybe not. It certainly was a lot of fun. df and I spent our Saturday there.

We saw lots of plastic cows,

... little plastic horses...
... and some very cute woolly alpacas.

Oh yes, there was plenty of serious farm stuff too ... tractors...

... spades...

... scary machines...
AND an aeroplane on F street.

How about that!

Hmmm plastic animals at an agricultural fair - a sign of things to come?? Love those spades, makes you wan to get out and dig! As for the scary machines - they are very....well....scary!

Me - I think I'll stick to my Beloved's goats...

Despite such very clean spades...

Two more spade fans!

Megz_mum: Those milking machines were very intimidating ... poor cows. If I were them I would prefer the old bucket and three-legged stool!

So the alpacas didn't do it for you then, grannyp?
